Health & Human Performance
Summer C 2018: May 14 - August 10

About the Program

The UF College of Health & Human Performance provides expertise in the areas of health promotion, health behaviors, tourism, sport management, exercise science, and physiology. Current research topics include the obesity epidemic, childhood addictive behaviors, cardiovascular disease, movement disorders, sport engagement, athlete development, sport economics, and sport marketing. Although these investigative efforts are important in the United States, they are global issues and areas of emphasis at peer institutions in German. Understanding the status of health and human performance in an international context will provide additional insight for UF students pursuing professions as physicians, therapists, scientists, sport managers, and tourism professionals.
